As you are aware, we run an exclusive scheme for Pet Mobile Insurance. This is aimed at any pet enthusiast who needs insurance on a van to transport their pets.
We are sure some of you would have been lucky enough to get a pet for Christmas - this may be a brand new experience for you, or you may have added to growing brood. Either way, have you thought about how you can transport your animals?
Many people are now finding they prefer to purchase a van purely for the transportation of their pets. This is beneficial in many ways - no muddy paw prints on the seats of your car, easier access for your pets to jump in and out, and no wet/dirty dog smell in your car!
However, it can prove difficult to find insurance to cover a van for this purpose. Many insurers will only cover a van if it is being used in connection with commercial use i.e. if you are a builder and the van is used to transport equipment in connection with this trade.
