The New Year has arrived! We would like to wish all our driving instructors a very Happy New Year! There is never a shortage of people wanting to learn to drive, so we are sure you are busy!
We have been busy too, securing NEW driving tuition rates with some different insurers, and securing some new add-ons like Gap Cover - Do not buy this from the car dealer! Please see below.
With regards to the driving tuition rates, we can offer cover with several different insurers. This enables us to provide you with cover that is tailored to suit your needs.
We can quote for cover on an Any Driver basis (with non-pupils usage restricted to Social, Domestic and Pleasure and subject to increased excesses), but we can also restrict cover to exclude non-pupils under 25 from driving your car, resulting in a further discount!

Gap Cover
If any of you were lucky enough to get a new driving school car for Christmas, we are sure you will wish to protect this new asset?
With vehicles decreasing in value as soon as you drive away in them, we feel is is important that in the event of your car, motorcycle or van being stolen or written off in an accident (fault or non-fault), you are compensated in full.
Insurers will only offer the current market value for your vehicle in the event of a theft or a total loss, and in most circumstances, this will be less than you paid for your vehicle. This could leave you out of pocket, as you will probably need to purchase a new one straight away.
'Gap cover' will cover the difference between the payout from the insurance company, and the price you paid for your vehicle, therefore, compensating you in full for your loss.
Prices start from as little as £99.50 - far less than you will pay at the garage - and can cover vehicles up to 8 years old, so why not call us for a quotation?
Please note, Gap cover can only be purchased if you have Fully Comprehensive insurance cover.
Attention all Northern Ireland instructors
We
are pleased to announce that with immediate effect we are able to offer Driving
Tuition Motor Insurance to Driving Schools, individual Driving Instructors
and Trainees resident throughout Northern Ireland.
Please note that Tuition cover is currently restricted to
Northern Ireland only. Policy cover will not extend across the border to the Republic
of Ireland, other than for purely social domestic and pleasure use.
